Supply Chain and Logistics Worker - Automotive Industry

About the Role

Join Marelli as a Supply Chain and Logistics Worker in a remote capacity. We are a global independent automotive supplier with a passion for performance and speed, and we are looking for dedicated team members to help us shape the future of mobility.

What You'll Do

• Manage shipping warehouse operations, ensuring timely preparation of shipments based on customer orders.
• Print picking lists and transport documents to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
• Report any issues to the Customer Service Department regarding delivery notes and shipment preparation.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure shipment quality meets customer requirements.
• Handle systemic management of complaint returns and returnable packaging.
• Work with customs agencies to facilitate the shipment of goods outside the EU.
• Oversee the re-packing area, verifying parts and ensuring compliance with packing instructions.
• Coordinate with the ICT Department for any technical issues that arise.

Requirements

• Secondary or vocational education.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) license and Category B driving license.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
