Quality Oversight Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Oversight Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine process observations and media fills during pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. As a Quality Oversight Specialist, you will ensure that our production processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine process observations and media fills, documenting your findings thoroughly.
• Organize our Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) sample collection for optical control as part of batch release.
• Coordinate the optical control of retention, reference, and complaint samples, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Identify deviations during process observations and investigate their causes.
• Decide on corrective actions for significant errors or deviations from cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Collaborate with Quality Operations to address and evaluate deviations and errors, focusing on root cause analysis and optimization.
• Review and approve documents for qualification/validation on behalf of our Quality Assurance management.

Requirements

• Completed training in a relevant field with ideally some professional experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively as a team player.
• Good English skills are advantageous; proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) is required for optimal documentation and team communication.
