Implementation Manager - Remote Position for EMEA
About the Role
Hightouch is hiring a full-time Implementation Manager for the EMEA region to work remotely from Europe. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients successfully integrate and utilize our data activation platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our clients' success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of Hightouch's platform for clients across EMEA, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide training and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the value of our platform.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise during the implementation process.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our implementation processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong understanding of data management and integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data activation platforms or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
