About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Implementation Consultant (CRM, Automation, Data, AI) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an Implementation Consultant, you will utilize your technical skills to solve operational challenges for law firms, deploying CRM configurations, project management systems, automation workflows, analytics dashboards, and AI implementations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' growth by streamlining their operations and enhancing their service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Engage in hands-on system design, building, and implementation, dedicating 75% of your time to these activities.
• Conduct operational analysis and client interaction, spending 25% of your time on these tasks.
• Build automated email, SMS, and AI workflows to ensure instant lead responses and qualifications for CRM systems.
• Standardize and automate project management systems to clear backlogs and ensure reliability.
• Develop data pipelines and profitability dashboards to provide real-time financial clarity.
• Create smart document templates and automation to generate complex documents efficiently.
• Lead AI training sessions to integrate practical AI use into daily operations.
• Uncover operational challenges within law firms and connect them to technical solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in client-facing or consulting positions.
• Proven track record of deploying and configuring CRMs, project management systems, analytics dashboards, and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Systems thinking approach to connect technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Ownership mentality with a hands-on approach to challenges.
• Fluency in professional English, with a minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or MS Power Platform.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as BigQuery or Tableau.
