About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICHRA Compliance Analyst to join our team remotely. As an ICHRA Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) regulations. Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL.

- Experience with ICHRA and employee benefits compliance is a plus.
