IAM Security Analyst - Remote Position at Paylocity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Security Analyst remote to join our team at Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our information security practices and ensuring the integrity of our identity and access management systems. As an IAM Security Analyst, you will lead quarterly User Access Review (UAR) Certification campaigns across the enterprise, ensuring data integrity and quality while collaborating with a team of engineers and analysts.

What You'll Do

• Drive the quarterly User Access Review (UAR) program, collaborating with IAM team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize data management tools such as MS Excel, SharePoint, BI Publisher, and Tableau for detailed analysis and reporting.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) for pre- and post-campaign data analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Support Regulatory IAM controls by working closely with internal and external audit teams.
• Expand and mature the Role Lifecycle Management (RLM) program to enhance business processes and workflows.
• Partner with Application teams to document requirements for Authorization and User Access Reviews.
• Provide timely updates to the executive leadership team regarding security risks.
• Execute and enhance business process workflows for RLM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM analyst or support roles.
• Expert level proficiency in data management tools (MS Excel, BI Publisher, Tableau).
• Experience with Identity Management solutions like SailPoint IIQ is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks (NIST) and regulatory controls (SOC, GDPR).
• Ability to work in an Agile SDLC methodology.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting an IAM Production ABAC framework.
• Familiarity with role lifecycle management (RLM) functions.
• Experience working with internal and/or external auditors.
