We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist - Construction Sector to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Oversee HR operations and administrative functions for a workforce exceeding 7,000 employees, providing seamless support to both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  • Supervise employee accommodation and facilities management, ensuring safe and compliant living conditions for workers.
  • Implement employee welfare programs and conduct satisfaction surveys to enhance morale and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records using Oracle HRMS and Excel, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Manage employee relations by investigating grievances and mediating concerns, collaborating with legal teams on disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate visa and work permit administration, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics for employee relocations and business trips.
  • Partner with HR teams and other departments to streamline processes and support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, specifically in the construction sector.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale accommodations and workforce services.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processing and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HRMS and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Language Requirement: Native Arabic speaker; English proficiency preferred.
