About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist - Construction Sector to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do
- Oversee HR operations and administrative functions for a workforce exceeding 7,000 employees, providing seamless support to both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
- Supervise employee accommodation and facilities management, ensuring safe and compliant living conditions for workers.
- Implement employee welfare programs and conduct satisfaction surveys to enhance morale and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records using Oracle HRMS and Excel, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations by investigating grievances and mediating concerns, collaborating with legal teams on disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Coordinate visa and work permit administration, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics for employee relocations and business trips.
- Partner with HR teams and other departments to streamline processes and support organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, specifically in the construction sector.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale accommodations and workforce services.
- Strong knowledge of visa processing and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Oracle HRMS and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Language Requirement: Native Arabic speaker; English proficiency preferred.
