About the Role

We are looking for an HR Talent Scout - Remote to join our dynamic team. As an HR Talent Scout, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on our recruitment processes and candidate engagement strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the candidate journey from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques and psychometric assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Support the team in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in behavioral interviewing and psychometric assessments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping others find their ideal job and making a difference in their careers.
