About the Role
We are looking for an HR Talent Scout - Remote to join our dynamic team. As an HR Talent Scout, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience in behavioral interviewing and psychometric assessments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
