HR Mission Coordinator Intern - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Mission Coordinator Intern to join our team at Perrigo. This remote opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience in human resources while contributing to our mission of making lives better through trusted health and wellness solutions. As an HR Mission Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to implement HR policies and operational challenges, facilitating collaboration between employees and the HR department.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including defining job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, coordinating with People Solutions to prepare onboarding plans and organize welcome meetings.
- Support social relations activities by preparing materials for CSE meetings and tracking the social agenda throughout the year.
- Participate in company projects related to communication and events within Perrigo France, contributing ideas and participating in working groups.
- Act as a liaison for employees, addressing various HR-related inquiries and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Update job descriptions and redefine the offboarding process to enhance communication with employees and managers.
- Monitor entry and exit indicators, and create HR dashboards in collaboration with People Solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
