What You'll Do
- Design and implement intelligent automation systems that connect data across platforms, eliminating manual tasks and enabling scalable operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Product, Design, Engineering, and IT to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize customer and employee feedback, along with operational data, to inform improvements to the HR experience.
- Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows that increase speed and accuracy.
- Leverage low-code/no-code platforms to prototype and deploy rapid automations that enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with a strong understanding of user experience and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
- Familiarity with light scripting (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript) for building custom agents and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex conversations independently.
