Housekeeping Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will supervise room attendants to ensure an excellent guest experience while upholding high housekeeping standards. As a Housekeeping Supervisor remote, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our accommodations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise room attendants and allocate daily cleaning tasks to team members.
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities, ensuring timely communication with relevant staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet Hilton's high standards.
• Resolve guest queries efficiently, achieving positive outcomes.
• Implement lost property procedures and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
• Assist the Head Housekeeper with training and development of team members.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Maintain good working relationships with other departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or supervising a team in a similar role.
• Experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Experience in Hosting Service (Governance).
