Head of Finance - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Finance - Remote to lead our financial strategy and operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial planning, reporting, and compliance while working closely with the executive team to shape the future of our company.

What You'll Do

• Lead the finance department, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations, maintaining high standards of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business development and project management.
• Manage financial operations, including treasury management and cash management.
• Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, promoting professional growth and leadership.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a finance leader, ideally in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial strategy, reporting structures, and KPI systems.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with financial operations in FMCG or similar industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in M&A and business development is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
