About the Role

We're hiring a Head of AI Automation to lead our innovative team at Native Pet. This is a fully remote position where you'll be at the forefront of transforming our business operations through automation and AI technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and build automated systems that enhance core business functions such as Marketing, Product Innovation, Operations, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop tools and automations that leverage AI to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines that sync information from multiple sources into a centralized architecture.
  • Ensure internal data is structured and clean, making it easily accessible for real-time insights.
  • Develop user-friendly web applications that enable non-technical staff to utilize AI workflows effectively.
  • Monitor the health of automated workflows to ensure reliability and security.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in automation and orchestration tools such as n8n, Make, or Airflow.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for backend logic and web integrations.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and API integration for AI applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and JSON manipulation for data engineering tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different business functions, translating technical solutions to meet their needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
