About the Role

We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in leading the development and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for a major enterprise organization undergoing a significant transformation in their insurance platforms. As a Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead, you will take ownership of key initiatives, driving design and implementation while also being hands-on in the development process.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter development and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive design across configuration, integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape effective solutions.
  • Support migration to Guidewire Cloud and SaaS environments, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Oversee development across PCFs, business rules, data models, and integrations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (V10 preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple full lifecycle implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in PCFs, business rules, data modeling, GUnit, GOSU, REST APIs, messaging, and batch processes.
  • Experience integrating with portals and external systems.
  • Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Data Platform and SaaS migration.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance domain.

Nice to Have

  • ACE Certification in PolicyCenter.
  • Experience with Tier 1 US insurers.
