GTM Engineer - Remote Role at Sprinto

About the Role

We are seeking a talented GTM Engineer remote to join our dynamic team at Sprinto. As a GTM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing the revenue systems that drive our go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, to create automated workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including CRM systems like HubSpot, and ensure seamless integrations and data flows.
• Design and implement automated workflows across the GTM lifecycle, leveraging AI to streamline processes from lead generation to customer renewal.
• Maintain CRM integrity, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for all revenue-related data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and develop automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze funnel metrics and develop dashboards to provide insights that support forecasting and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, MarkOps, or Sales Ops with a strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in automation tools such as Make, n8n, and Zapier, and experience with BI tools like Looker and Metabase.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to document workflows and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Familiarity with enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
• Knowledge of intent data platforms such as G2 and Bombora.
