About the Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to join our dynamic team at Huzzle, where you'll work remotely and connect high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies. As a GTM Engineer, you'll integrate sales, marketing, and product platforms to drive efficient and scalable revenue operations.

What You'll Do

  • Connect CRM, marketing, and product systems to ensure unified data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity.
  • Build and manage data pipelines that support real-time visibility into sales and marketing performance.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and GTM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and refine GTM systems to support faster, smarter revenue operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Airtable, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate strategic insights.
  • Experience building scalable GTM systems or revenue operations workflows is a major plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or B2B setting is highly preferred.
