As a Growth Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our organization by assisting various teams, with a strong focus on CRM data integrity and operational support. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven healthcare company while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams in their operational efforts.
• Review and analyze data in Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Support marketing and sales operations to drive growth initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Conduct efficient Internet research to support various projects and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall growth strategy.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external clients to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field, with a Junior year or above.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 to demonstrate academic excellence.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance in all operations.
