B2B Customer Service Representative - Remote Option Available

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ehrmann. This role offers a remote option, allowing you to provide exceptional service to our B2B clients while managing order processing and product launches effectively.

What You'll Do

• Provide service-oriented support to defined B2B customers.
• Coordinate the entire order processing and product introduction lifecycle.
• Maintain and manage customer and product-related data, pricing, and specific documents (e.g., specifications and contracts).
• Coordinate trials, packaging changes, and project-specific topics such as new products or recipe adjustments.
• Generate invoices for special services and assist with registrations and certifications.
• Organize coordination meetings, participate in them, and contribute to projects and process documentation.

Requirements

• A completed commercial training, ideally with relevant further education.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the B2B food industry.
• Experience working with national and international key accounts and intercultural competence.
• Fluent English skills and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong teamwork, high service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
