About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Growth Focus) to take ownership of website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization. This Growth Marketing Manager remote position is ideal for a technically skilled marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with developers to drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

• Optimize website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Analyze user behavior using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Execute and improve technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on key website and marketing metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in website optimization, UX, and CRO.
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
• Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices.
• Experience working closely with web developers on implementation.
• Highly task-oriented with a strong execution mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Coachable, adaptable, and growth-driven.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
