About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Director to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and will be instrumental in shaping our internal client acquisition strategy. As a Growth Marketing Director, you will lead initiatives that generate qualified leads and expand our marketing pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships and referral channels that support consistent lead generation.
• Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Improve funnel performance through landing page optimization, lead capture strategies, and A/B testing.
• Implement marketing automation workflows and maintain visibility into pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience driving lead generation across outbound, paid, and partnership channels.
• Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion improvement strategies.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strategic mindset, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple growth initiatives.
