Growth Manager - AI & Digital Marketing Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our team at Glitter Technology Ventures. This Growth Manager remote position is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, digital marketing, and business development. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and ensuring our AI-native systems reach the right audience effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Own user acquisition across organic, paid, and partnership channels.
• Build and close partnerships with AI tools, platforms, and developer communities.
• Run growth experiments across the full funnel, including SEO, A/B tests, and distribution plays.
• Execute content-led growth with publishing discipline and technical credibility.
• Identify new channels, scale what works, and eliminate underperforming strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a hybrid of both.
• Proven track record in user acquisition, partnerships, or revenue growth.
• Strong familiarity with AI, LLMs, and the developer tools ecosystem.
• Excellent operational discipline, CRM management, and documentation skills.
• High learning velocity and the ability to adapt quickly to new domains.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-velocity environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or developer platforms.
• Published portfolio of technical writing in AI or developer verticals.
