About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Growth Engineer to join our team remotely. As a Growth Engineer, you will bridge the gap between marketing creativity and technical execution, ensuring our marketing team has the tools and support they need to succeed. What You'll Do

  • Lead our migration from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Set up multichannel customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, and our app.
  • Help prototype and test new marketing ideas quickly, driving innovation.
  • Own the tech side of our eCommerce setup, ensuring our site is fast, trackable, and ready for marketing.
  • Oversee automated customer journeys and data integration to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineer to connect marketing and sales data effectively.
  • Define clear metrics and dashboards for marketing performance to facilitate data-driven decisions.
  • Bring fresh ideas for improving reach, conversion, and retention, contributing to our growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical marketing or growth engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution methodologies.
  • Experience with eCommerce tools like Shopify and analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable writing small scripts or building UI prototypes to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the music or education technology sector.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
