About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer remote to join our Creative team at Costello Medical. In this role, you will engage in a variety of creative projects within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Develop engaging content by creating visually appealing materials, including infographics, posters, and event materials for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate closely with creative colleagues and project managers to determine the design scope, purpose, and strategic approach.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements to project teams and provide input on any technical queries.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) with a highly innovative portfolio.
  • Proven experience working in an agency or commercial environment.
  • Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships.

  • Experience in motion graphics and digital projects.
  • Confidence in presenting work to a wide range of audiences.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

What We Offer

  • A starting salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience.
  • Discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year.
  • Flexible working hours and the chance to work from home for up to half of your working time after passing probation.
