About the Role

We are seeking a talented Google Ads Specialist with SEO and AI Content Skills to join our dynamic team at Dubai Shift. This is a remote position where you will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns while also leveraging your SEO expertise to enhance our online presence. If you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and a passion for digital marketing, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and performance analysis to ensure campaign success.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene and provide regular reporting on performance metrics.
  • Support on-page SEO optimization and execute structured off-page SEO tasks, including link placement and backlink monitoring.
  • Produce and optimize content using AI tools, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with our Lead Growth Marketer to learn advanced SEO systems and distribution strategies.
  • Expand your responsibilities as our marketing ecosystem grows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page strategies.
  • Experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to delivering value through your work.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
