Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in event management or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis (SQL, AWS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
