Implementation Manager - Benefits for EMEA

About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation Manager for Benefits to join Rippling's expanding Benefits Implementation team in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to become a foundational member of our team, where you will play a crucial role in implementing custom insurance plans for our brokers and clients. As an Implementation Manager, Benefits remote, you will be responsible for understanding technical requirements, building tailored insurance solutions, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

What You'll Do

• Become a Rippling Benefits expert within 60 days, serving as a go-to resource for brokers and clients.
• Understand and document the requirements of brokers and clients to build custom plans within the Rippling environment.
• Import enrollment data, review insurance plans, and assist with deductions issues as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Implementation team and Customer Experience organization to ensure successful setups for brokers and clients.
• Partner with Insurance Ops, Customer Experience, and Product teams to evolve our processes and product offerings.
• Develop and document best practices for benefits implementation processes.

Requirements

• A passion for Benefits and a curiosity to learn more.
• 3+ years of experience in an Insurance brokerage firm or in the Implementation space, specializing in Benefits.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for managing broker and client relationships.
• A self-starter attitude, energized by a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years in a customer-facing position within the HCM space (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac Computers.

What We Offer
