Premier Banking Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Premier Banking Manager to join CaixaBank in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and marketing financial products and services to achieve commercial objectives. As a Premier Banking Manager, you will proactively anticipate the current and future needs of clients while working collaboratively to meet common goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert advice on savings and investment products, ensuring clients are informed of their options.
• Manage a portfolio of Premier Banking clients, focusing on their financial needs and satisfaction.
• Promote best commercial practices and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Utilize your knowledge of financial markets to offer tailored solutions to clients.
• Achieve business objectives through effective client engagement and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking or financial advisory role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Certification in Mifid is required; additional certifications such as LCI or CIAF2 are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
