What You'll Do

  • Execute partner enablement and go-to-market programs to enhance collaboration.
  • Deliver partner-facing resources and training to ensure success.
  • Generate pipeline for Account Executives through strategic relationship management.
  • Build trust-based relationships with brokers and consultants to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as a primary contact for partners, acting as a Sparrow ambassador within the partner ecosystem.
  • Utilize insights to inform product improvements and enhance service offerings.
  • Manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Anticipate travel 25-50% depending on location to meet with partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience with employee benefits brokers.
  • Proven track record in relationship building and sales within the employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with partners.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving success.
