General Manager - Remote Opportunity in Hospitality

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager remote to lead our operations at Blank Street. As a General Manager, you will take full ownership of your store experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and impactful. You will be responsible for upholding our high standards while motivating and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Own

• Barista Hero: Uphold and coach our standards every day, on every shift with every customer and barista.
• People Leadership: Own barista recruitment, upskill your team through hands-on coaching, and maintain standards through firm, fair, and regular feedback.
• PnL Owner: Design each shift by station with precision, balancing labor productivity with store demand needs.
• Change Maker: Lead the rollout of HQ initiatives, track KPIs closely, and take action to drive change swiftly.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality/consumer brands.
• Track record scaling and managing hospitality teams.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Deep knowledge and interest in specialty coffee.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing inventory and supply chain ordering.
• Hands-on and highly action-oriented.
