About the Role

You will be part of our Claims Management team, responsible for refunding over €350M in healthcare expenses annually to more than 1 million members across France, Belgium, and Spain. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications that support our claims processing system.
• Collaborate with product crews to improve document processing, claims experience, and payment infrastructures.
• Utilize modern technologies such as React, Python, and PostgreSQL to build scalable solutions.
• Implement machine learning techniques to enhance fraud detection and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in daily deployments and maintain high availability of our systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with a focus on building complex systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience in developing web applications and a keen interest in user experience design.
• Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
