About the Role

Join Paradex as a Fullstack Engineer and be part of a revolutionary decentralized exchange platform. This Fullstack Engineer remote position offers you the chance to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies, contributing to a Super App that integrates Exchange, Asset Management, and Borrow/Lend Markets. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and tackling scalability challenges.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a decentralized protocol for crypto derivatives trading, focusing on backend systems and smart contracts.
• Develop APIs and SDKs that support robust trade execution services.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all services you build to ensure they meet high standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align project goals and requirements.
• Drive high-impact features that directly benefit users, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally from ideation to launch within a strong engineering team.
• In-depth knowledge of modern programming languages such as Javascript, Python, Golang, Java, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity for creating upgradeable smart contracts.
• Proficiency in basic cryptography and familiarity with blockchain platforms.
• Comfortable with cloud-native AWS infrastructure and/or Kubernetes.

Nice to Have

• Interest in ZK-Rollups and innovative blockchain technologies.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including PoW, PoS, and L1/L2 technologies.
