What You'll Do

• Create and repurpose videos for YouTube Shorts and other formats, ensuring they are optimized for engagement.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and streamline the editing process.
• Take ownership of video projects from initial footage through to final export.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling narratives that align with our brand.
• Develop storyboards and incorporate motion graphics to elevate the visual appeal of videos.
• Apply sound design principles to enhance video retention and viewer engagement.
• Revitalize older video content with fresh effects and updates to maintain relevance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and content marketing to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI video tools and platforms to enhance editing efficiency.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling and editing techniques that captivate audiences.
• Knowledge of YouTube growth metrics and audience psychology to create impactful content.
• A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new trends in video editing.
• Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
