Freelance UI/​UX Expert - Remote Design for Client Portal

About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance UI/UX Expert - Remote to create a clean, intuitive design for our client portal. This is a key project tied to a company milestone, and your design will guide our development team in building the front-end using Jetadmin (jetadmin.io). As a UI/UX Expert remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and ensuring that our clients have a seamless interaction with our platform.

What You'll Do

• Design the complete front-end interface of our web-based client portal.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff.
• Ensure intuitive user flows, visual clarity, and consistency across all screens.
• Design with reporting functionality in mind to meet client and internal user needs.
• Collaborate with our development team to support implementation within Jetadmin.
• Provide occasional UI updates as new features are rolled out post-launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience focused on client portals, dashboards, or SaaS platforms (required).
• A portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality work (this is a key selection factor).
• Confidence in working independently and on tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Experience with Jetadmin is a plus.

• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
