About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance SEA Manager to join our dynamic and passionate international team.   • Document best practices and share knowledge with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor Junior SEA team members, helping them grow their skills and expertise.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Work with a data-driven mindset, focusing on testing and optimization to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling Google and Bing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills; experience with Tableau is a bonus.
  • Understanding of machine learning principles and marketing automation.
  • Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
  • Experience managing six-figure budgets in performance marketing.
  • Background in handling multi-geo accounts in international environments.
  • Prior experience in building marketing automation tools.
