Freelance Product Designer - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Product Designer to help shape and scale the user experience across our iOS, Android, and web platforms. This Freelance Product Designer remote position offers you the chance to design end-to-end experiences from research to high-fidelity designs, making a significant impact on our product.

What You'll Do

• Own product UI/UX across mobile and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Advocate for the user by leveraging qualitative feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Develop and evolve our design system for consistency and speed, enhancing the overall product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to align on goals and deliver impactful work.
• Balance speed and craft to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs.
• Utilize your 4–7 years of experience in product design for consumer apps to drive design excellence.
• Showcase your strong understanding of user needs and user research methodologies.
• Present a portfolio that highlights clean design and measurable outcomes from your past projects.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product design, particularly for consumer apps.
• Strong understanding of user needs and user research.
• Portfolio showcasing clean design and measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for building meaningful products in healthcare.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for healthcare applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
