About the Role

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop your kitchen team, ensuring effective training and support.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting menu items that reflect our Rock 'n' Roll ethos.
• Foster a positive and energetic work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Engage with guests to ensure they have a memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen and junior management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for food and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience in a ramen or Asian cuisine kitchen is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with menu development and food costing.
• Understanding of kitchen management software.
