About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Growth Marketing Consultant to help us build a full inbound lead generation engine, from ads to automation. This Freelance Growth Marketing Consultant role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact on our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize lead generation funnels using platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Set up a CRM or email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) to streamline our processes.
• Create automations from ads to landing pages, ensuring a smooth transition to email nurture and booked calls.
• Develop reporting dashboards and tracking systems to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
• Advise on SEO and landing page optimization to enhance conversion rates.
• Document workflows and train our team for a seamless handover of processes.
• Utilize proven experience in building growth systems for B2B or service businesses.
• Bring hands-on expertise with ad platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, test, and optimize funnels effectively.
• Self-starter who can deliver a complete, well-documented setup within 2–3 weeks.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
• Familiarity with various ad platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with our dynamic team.
