About the Role

We are looking for talented professionals to join our Permanent Talent Pool as Freelance Financial Well-being Experts to help individuals improve their financial health and reduce financial stress. This Freelance Financial Well-being Expert role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.

What You'll Do

  • Help clients with personal finance, budgeting, and financial decision-making.
  • Conduct planned and on-demand video consultations with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Engage in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional financial coaching.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide clients in achieving their financial goals.
  • Provide insights and strategies to enhance clients' financial literacy and well-being.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Dutch or German is required.
  • Strong English communication skills are necessary.
  • A BA in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial coaching or advisory roles.
  • Certification in financial planning or budget coaching is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms.
  • Possess a laptop/computer that meets specific OS requirements.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

  • Local certifications or financial coaching accreditations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.
