About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Content Manager and Marketing Support to join our dynamic team at Beducated. This remote role will support our App & Website and Marketing teams, focusing on content management and website updates. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital education platform, ensuring that our content is engaging and accessible to our users.

What You'll Do

  • Support the App & Website and Marketing teams as a freelance contractor, dedicating approximately 20 hours per week starting July 1st.
  • Be available daily (Monday-Friday) for urgent fixes and updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Build and structure new courses in WordPress, enhancing our educational offerings.
  • Review course content for quality and consistency, ensuring that our materials meet high standards.
  • Prepare course materials, including subtitles and translations, to cater to a diverse audience.
  • Create and publish updates for customers via Announcekit, keeping our community informed.
  • Build and update landing pages in Webflow & WordPress, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional.
  • Set up and manage email campaigns in ActiveCampaign to engage our users effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe and an established freelancer.
  • Proficient in English, with additional languages (German, Spanish, French) preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress & Webflow content management.
  • Practical web design skills to enhance user experience.
  • Basic experience with email marketing tools, preferably ActiveCampaign.
  • Proficient with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.
  • Experience with Figma for design purposes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Must have business registration and the ability to issue invoices.
  • Consistent availability during European business hours.

  • Experience in digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to track content performance.
