About the Role

We're hiring a Franchise Business Consultant to join our dynamic team at International Dairy Queen. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our franchise operations. As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will provide essential guidance and coaching to franchisees, helping them achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth.

What You'll Do

• Provide coaching to franchisees to improve sales and operational standards.
• Develop and implement district-wide business plans tailored to franchisee needs.
• Consult on marketing performance and assess franchisee financial health.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Support new store openings and assist with various operational functions.
• Communicate effectively with franchisees and internal staff to foster collaboration.
• Advise on operational goals and strategies to enhance franchise performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners to support their success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in restaurant or franchise operations management.
• Thorough knowledge of the restaurant industry and franchise operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relationship-building skills to foster positive interactions with franchisees.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary, along with the ability to travel as needed.

Nice to Have

• ServSafe certification.
• Experience in developing training programs for franchisees.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for restaurants.
