FP&A Manager - Remote Finance Role at Reddit

About the Role

Reddit is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager remote to help shape our financial future. As a key player in our finance team, you will provide essential insights and visibility to our senior executive team, enabling high-level decision-making and guiding the direction of our company.

What You'll Do

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis across various areas of the company.
• Develop flexible financial models and workforce forecasts to analyze headcount growth and hiring needs.
• Provide management with insights into business growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies and build insightful forecasting and reporting.
• Streamline FP&A processes to add value and improve scalability, including planning and forecasting processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and HR teams to manage budgets and track progress against initiatives.
• Drive strategic resource allocation through partnerships with cross-functional team members.
• Regularly engage with executive leadership in a highly visible role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in HR Finance or Compensation roles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL and ERP systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and provide actionable recommendations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in strategic execution and implementation of ideas and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to extract financial insights.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with company valuation methodologies.
• Experience creating flexible forecasting and scenario models.
• Previous experience in a cross-functional role with executives.
