Founding Engineer - Autonomous Software Delivery Agents (Remote)

About the Role

We're seeking a Founding Engineer to join our innovative team in building autonomous software delivery agents. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a groundbreaking project that will redefine how software is delivered across industries.

What You'll Do

• Develop AI Agent Orchestration to automate software delivery processes across multiple specialized agents.
• Create a Product Intelligence Engine that transforms workflows into autonomous decision-making capabilities.
• Facilitate Multi-Agent Communication, enabling collaboration with external AI tools and agents.
• Implement Enterprise-Scale Automation to manage over 100 concurrent projects efficiently.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape the technical vision and strategic evolution of the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python, particularly with production-scale backend systems.
• Proven experience in AI engineering, specifically with LLM orchestration and autonomous systems.
• A product-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on user impact.
• Ownership mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise integrations, JIRA APIs, and Git platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience in startup environments, especially in developer tools or AI infrastructure.
• Frontend development skills.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 annually.
