UI/​UX Designer - Landing Pages & Growth

About the Role

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer - Landing Pages & Growth to join Tradeify, a fast-growing fintech company that empowers traders with access to capital and advanced tools. As a UI/UX Designer, you will focus on creating high-converting landing pages and marketing experiences that drive trader acquisition. This remote role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about growth-focused design.

What You'll Do

• Design high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels that effectively communicate Tradeify’s value.
• Improve UX/UI across Tradeify’s marketing website to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Support A/B testing and growth experiments by creating design variations that optimize performance.
• Translate marketing messaging into clear and visually compelling page layouts that resonate with users.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to launch and iterate on new pages, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Maintain consistency with Tradeify’s brand and visual design standards across all projects.
• Assist occasionally with brand and visual design work to support overall marketing efforts.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, ads, and social media to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or marketing design.
• Proven experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, or acquisition funnels that convert.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and conversion-focused design principles.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and growth teams to achieve common goals.
• A portfolio showcasing landing pages or marketing website work is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing methodologies.
• Certifications from Conversion XL or similar programs.
• Experience creating paid ad creative or social media assets.
• Familiarity with landing page builders such as Webflow or similar tools.
• Background in fintech, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
