Finance Product Fellow - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Product Fellow to join our innovative team at Sentient. This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about finance and AI, looking to make an impact in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency. As a Finance Product Fellow, you will help define and build the financial strategies that our AI utilizes to provide insights to Sentient Chat users.

What You'll Do

• Draft AI decision trees and constraints, including signal priority and risk guardrails.
• Maintain a living playbook for AI interpretation of market data, covering funding regimes, liquidity pockets, and whale flow.
• Design workflows and product components, such as portfolio viewers and trading reports for hot tokens.
• Write clear system guidelines for AI data interpretation and citation.
• Create evaluation rubrics to score AI outputs based on accuracy and usefulness.
• Conduct user interviews to synthesize insights and implement feedback into product iterations.
• Collaborate with engineers on evaluations and A/B tests to enhance the AI system's delivery of actionable financial insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (undergrad or grad) with part-time availability.
• Strong grasp of crypto market structure, including perps, funding, and liquidity.
• Ability to write concise specifications and guidelines.
• Familiarity with crypto-native tools and user experiences.
• Experience using platforms like Dune, Nansen, and TradingView.
• Excellent written communication skills and a bias for action.
