Finance & Operations Manager - AI-Driven Remote Role

What You'll Do

• Own invoicing, billing, payments, and bookkeeping oversight.
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and budget tracking.
• Monitor financial performance against targets.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure runway visibility.
• Oversee banking, payments, and liquidity management.
• Improve and standardize financial processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with accountants, tax advisors, and auditors to ensure compliance.
• Support contract review to align financial terms with company standards.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Operations roles.
• Strong financial operations management skills, including invoicing and reporting.
• High attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience with accounting tools, preferably QuickBooks.
• Basic understanding of legal/commercial aspects related to contracts.
• Strong communication skills to interact with non-finance teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end finance processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a small or mid-sized company.
• Understanding of B2B services business models.
• Experience working with external accountants/advisors.
