About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Glory. This remote Field Service Technician position allows you to manage customer service and care while working independently to troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment. You will be the face of Glory, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients.
  • Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment.
  • Track and manage parts/tools effectively.
  • Stay updated on changes in technical and functional elements of Glory equipment.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by diagnosing system problems and making repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or system downtimes.
  • Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades as needed.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and policies, completing required training.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Logical troubleshooting skills and capability to isolate problems at PCB or component level.
  • Ability to effectively work with electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Hold a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience repairing high-speed paper handling machines such as check sorters or ATMs.
  • Certificates in related fields, i.e., mechanics, electronics, automation.
  • Experience in aviation, medical equipment, or vending machine repair.
