Field Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity in HKT

About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a talented Field Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. This role focuses on driving marketing and account-based marketing programs for the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan markets. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and partner organizations to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with sales leaders and account representatives to drive territory growth.
• Understand specific challenges within strategic accounts and create integrated marketing plans to engage new target audiences.
• Orchestrate the "One Team" approach by leading cross-functional coordination between Partner Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams on digital, PR, and lead generation activities to support regional goals.
• Utilize marketing dashboards and data insights to inform stakeholders and measure performance and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, preferably in Field Marketing and ABM within the Enterprise Tech/SaaS space.
• Familiarity with co-marketing alongside Cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in using intent data and attribution tools (Salesforce, Tableau) to measure ROI.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin (Traditional Chinese), and English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AI/ISV ecosystem.
• Previous experience working with developer communities.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
