About the Role

We are seeking an Expert Advisor: Oil & Gas - Landman Expert (Remote) to join our team at Jobgether on behalf of WebFX. This position offers a flexible and long-term freelance opportunity where your industry expertise will shape the accuracy and quality of specialized content in the oil and gas sector. As an Expert Advisor, you will work remotely, set your own schedule, and contribute just a few hours a week while leveraging your deep knowledge in land and resource management, geology, or petroleum engineering.

What You'll Do

  • Review and refine educational content that supports professionals and stakeholders in the energy sector.
  • Evaluate materials for consistency with industry standards in land management, petroleum engineering, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify gaps or unclear sections and suggest precise improvements that enhance comprehension and professional quality.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with content teams, offering subject matter feedback on topics including legal considerations, resource permitting, equipment, and environmental studies.
  • Maintain communication with the project team regarding your weekly availability and preferred workload.

Requirements

  • Expertise in land management, geology, or petroleum engineering.
  • Certification as a Landman or relevant consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry.
  • Ability to review and refine educational content.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexibly and meet deadlines.
