About the Role

We're looking for an Experiential Marketing Lead to join Standard Bots in a remote capacity. In this role, you'll reimagine how we present our brand to the world, creating memorable experiences that resonate with engineers and operators. As an Experiential Marketing Lead remote professional, you will be responsible for the full portfolio of our brand experiences, from flagship trade shows to intimate customer summits.

What You'll Do

  • Define our experiential strategy and event portfolio, deciding which shows to compete in based on strategic intent and commercial goals.
  • Conceive and direct brand experiences that break category norms, leading creative ideation for guerilla activations and immersive booth designs.
  • Build scalable experiential systems and playbooks to ensure quality and consistency across a growing portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional creative and commercial planning, aligning various stakeholders on experience goals and creative direction.
  • Define and own experiential KPIs and attribution, working with sales ops to track audience engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Manage and evolve vendor and agency partnerships, negotiating contracts that align with our vision and budget.
  • Drive brand experience innovation across the full portfolio, creating partnership playbooks and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or event strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling an experiential program with measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in event operations and logistics, including booth design and freight management.
  • Strong creative sensibility combined with commercial rigor, capable of translating creative vision into operational reality.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs involving various stakeholders.
  • Experience building event operations systems from scratch or significantly enhancing existing programs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrial robotics, automation, or manufacturing technology.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and event-to-pipeline attribution workflows.
  • Background in project management methodologies or Agile approaches.
  • Experience producing customer summits or proprietary brand events.
