Product Growth Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Growth Designer to join our team remotely. As a Product Growth Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving our vision of becoming the world’s most trusted provider of consumer internet privacy services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand communication and ensure our products are recognized for their quality and design.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative and optimization strategy for key revenue funnels, campaigns, and product-driven experiences aimed at improving conversion rates.
• Define and evolve data-informed design systems, templates, and frameworks that support rapid experimentation and iteration across channels.
• Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to transform business goals and user insights into high-converting, user-centered experiences.
• Design and optimize impactful touchpoints, such as landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments, focusing on measurable performance outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, design personalization, and testing, establishing best practices for integrating AI into creative and analytical workflows.
• Continuously refine UI/UX across the funnel using conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics to guide design decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and processes to scale and automate design-led growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in product design at a tech company, preferably a startup.
• Strong experience in top-of-funnel design, focusing on landing pages, subscription flows, and conversion paths.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Figma; familiarity with Photoshop, Framer, ProCreate, or other design tools is a plus.
• Proven experience working with AI tools to enhance design processes.
• Understanding of UI & UX principles for designing landing pages, emails, and other interfaces.
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, vector illustrations, and UI design is mandatory.
• Detailed understanding of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and effective use of photography and illustration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
